Run the Race: Public Schools/Groups

At Run Hard. Rest Well., we transform the lives of 6th – 12th grade students by introducing them to Restorative Wellness. To make this happen, we partner with people like you – school administrators, district superintendents, youth agencies, YMCAs, and community mental organizations to bring Run the Race to the students you serve. Low cost for high-yield impact, we prepare students for workplace readiness and vibrant mental health in a low-stress, teacher friendly format.

Run the Race introduces a life-giving paradigm of work and rest, offers hope, and cultivates critical conversations among students, peers, and adults. In this together, Run the Race fosters strength, vibrancy, and hope for the race we run.
